CHANCE! Bernardeschi's free-kick is met by De Sciglio, but the defender can only glance wide. That is pretty much as good a chance as the visitors have created today, from effectively the final cross of the game.
90' +2
The visitors are throwing everything at SPAL but they are still not creating anything. The ball is overhit out of play and Viviano will take his time over the goal-kick, eating up more valuable seconds.
90'
Juventus have four minutes to score the goal they need to seal the title today. SPAL have been superb and are good value for their win, but they have dropped off massively since Floccari put them in front 15 minutes ago.
89'
Antenucci is on for Petagna. SPAL have gone with four across the back for the closing stages, but that is just inviting pressure on themselves. Can they see out the remaining few minutes for a famous win?
88'
M. Antenucci enters the game and replaces A. Petagna.
87'
S. Missiroli gets yellow.
Missiroli is booked for a pulling back on the shirt of Cuadrado. The Juventus winger, surprisingly being given 90 minutes on his return to action, should also have been cautioned for retaliating.
86'
Bodies on the line time for SPAL now as Bernardeschi's shot is blocked. Juventus are enjoying a sustained spell on the ball, with Mavididi and Nicolussi making a difference since being introduced from the bench.
85'
Play is being constantly broken up now. SPAL make another change, introducing Regini in place of Floccari - the scorer of their second goal - for the closing stages.
84'
V. Regini enters the game and replaces S. Floccari.
Minute
Description
83'
M. Fares gets yellow.
Cancelo makes the most of the contact from Fares, but he was definitely caught and the referee has no real choice but to reach into his pocket. Fares will now miss his side's next match.
81'
F. Bernardeschi enters the game and replaces A. Barzagli.
Allegri has seen enough - on comes Bernardeschi, who the Juve manager would no doubt have wanted to keep on the bench today. Barzagli is the player to make way.
78'
Cuadrado has not had the best of games on his return to action. The winger goes on another one of his mazy runs but is flooded out by opposition players. Juve are starting to turn the screw a little but they are struggling to test Perin.
76'
Bentancur wins a corner, but he could have done with getting the ball into the box from the right. Juventus, who have barely looked like scoring all match - Kean's goal aside - now have around 15 minutes to find a goal or two.
74'
S. Floccari has scored a goal for SPAL!
S. Floccari gets yellow.
Floccari is cautioned for his celebration. Can you blame him?! SPAL are on course for a famous victory!
GOOOOAAALLL!!! SPAL 2-1 JUVENTUS! The hosts complete the comeback!! Murgia gets to the ball before Nicolussi can react and he plays it into the path of Floccari. The striker has time to take a couple of touches of the ball before sweeping it into the far corner. There is a VAR check to determine whether Murgia handled the ball in the build-up but it hit his chest.
70'
M. Valdifiori enters the game and replaces P. Schiattarella.
SPAL's first change of the match sees Valdifiori replace Schiattarella. The home side have all the momentum on their side.
69'
S. Mavididi enters the game and replaces M. Kean.
Allegri makes his second change of the game, bringing on English youngster Mavididi for Kean.
68'
GOOD SAVE BY VIVIANO! Nicolussi has looked bright since coming on for Juventus. The youngster knocks Cuadrado's pass to his right and then lets fly from 25 yards, but it is a little too central and Viviano is equal to it, happy to slap it away.
66'
The hosts have played some really nice football today. Petagna has the chance to shoot from the edge of the box but works it across to Lazzari on the right. The cross drops inside the six-yard box but none of his team-mates are on the same wavelength.
64'
Substitute Caviglia has the ball at his feet in the box but he takes too long and is dispossessed before the can think about getting the shot away. Juventus have looked a lot better over the last few minutes.
62'
Kean, who we have barely seen either side of his first-half strike, makes good ground down the right but his cross for Dybala is intercepted. SPAL are taking risks, knowing that three points are there for the taking.
61'
H. Nicolussi enters the game and replaces G. Kastanos.
With his side being pushed back, Allegri brings on Nicolussi for Kastanos in the first change of the game.
60'
SPAL throw five bodies forward but the ball is cut out before Petagna can get on the end of Lazzari's back-heeled pass.
57'
Juventus deal with the corner but Fares sends in another teasing ball, which no home player is able to convert at the back post. SPAL are looking by far the more likely of the two sides to score the game's third goal as we approach the hour mark.
51'
Juventus are at risk of throwing this one away. SPAL has pushed on since levelling up the match, forcing Cancelo into conceded a corner and then creating another promising opportunity through their key man Lazzari.
49'
K. Bonifazi has scored a goal for SPAL! Assist by P. Schiattarella.
SPAL put in a number of disappointing deliveries from set-pieces in the first half, but this one early in the second was right on the money. Schiattarella's inswinger was crying out to be attacked - Bonifazi did just that.
GOOOOOAAALLL!!! SPAL 1-1 JUVENTUS! This makes things interesting! SPAL deservedly level up the contest through Bonifazi's header, getting on the end of Schiattarella's inswinging corner around eight yards from goal. He heads it into the ground and past Perin.
48'
Juve are being pushed right back, as they were in the first half. Petagna has a shot charged down and Schiattarella is also unable to find a way through a sea of bodies. SPAL do win themselves a corner, though, as Lazzari's cross is cut out.
47'
BRIGHT START! Floccari and Petagna exchange passes on the edge of the box but there is nothing to show for the quick give-and-go. Petagna appears to be looking for the top corner but can only pick out the stand behind the goal with his effort.
46'
RESTART! SPAL get us back up and running at the Stadio Paolo Mazza. Can they strike twice in this second half to delay Juve's title celebrations?
45' +2
HALF-TIME: SPAL 0-1 JUVENTUS
45' +1
João Cancelo gets yellow.
Cancelo slides in on Bonifazi and does not win enough of the ball for the referee's liking, leading to the third yellow card of the day.
44'
Juventus have had 60 per cent of the ball in this first half but SPAL will be more than happy with the way they have controlled the match. The difference so far has been the end product, with Kean converting his side's one and only opportunity.
43'
HEADED CHANCE! Lazzari has space to run into down the right but Gozzi gets across to prevent the SPAL winger from crossing the ball. Juventus barely set themselves before a cross does arrive in the middle, though, and Floccari should probably be doing better. He can only send a header spinning wide of the target from eight yards.
41'
SPAL's defenders back off Cuadrado too much and the winger is allowed to charge into the box. He keeps hold of it for too long, though, and is unable to shoot or play in a team-mate.
40'
Missiroli goes to ground in the box and the home fans want a penalty, though there does not appear to have been any contact made on the SPAL midfielder.
39'
Sticking with the theme of the game, the SPAL free-kick is poor. Murgia is unable to keep his attempt on target to the disappointment of his manager and team-mates.
38'
J. Cuadrado gets yellow.
Cuadrado enters the referee's book for a body block on Fares. The referee should probably have shown a yellow to Bentancur for his elbow on Murgia, too.
36'
Allegri will be pleased that his side are in front as we edge closer to half-time but it is not exactly a deserved advantage. Juve have looked pretty poor, though that can be excused due to the nine changes made today. SPAL are definitely in with a shout of claiming a point from this match.
34'
SPAL win a corner following some good work down the left. The set-piece is disappointing yet again, though, with Vicari getting the final touch at the near post. Semplici's side are not making the most of their crossing opportunities.
32'
Floccari wins a free-kick but the delivery is poor, aimed too close to Perin in the Juventus goal. The hosts have had the better of things in the opening half an hour, yet they have conceded through Juventus' only chance of the match - if you can even call it a chance!
30'
M. Kean has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by João Cancelo.
Cancelo will be credited with the assist but his shot appeared to be off target. Kean deserves huge credit because his finish was no fluke - the youngster opened his body and knew exactly where he wanted the ball to go, despite having less than a second to think about it.
GOOOOOAAALLL!!! SPAL 0-1 JUVENTUS! An instinctive finish from Kean gives Juve the lead! Cancelo collects a return pass from Bentancur and pulls the trigger from outside the box. The ball looks to be going wide but Kean sticks out a foot to send the ball the opposite way, giving Viviano no real chance of keeping it out.
28'
M. Lazzari gets yellow.
The corner goes right through Juventus' six-yard box without a touch. Just as the hosts were building some momentum, Dybala is taken out by Lazzari for the first booking of the match.
27'
GOOD SPELL FOR SPAL! Fares has a shot charged down and Petagna's curled effort takes a touch on its way wide moments later. The home side are growing in confidence and look good value for a lead here.
26'
OVER! Floccari turns over possession and plays it out to Lazzari on the right - that is proving to be the hosts' best route through on goal. The cross is half-decent, cleared as far as Schiattarella, whose volley has a little too much on it.
25'
SPAL are winning all of the individual battles. Juventus have yet to create anything of note, whereas the hosts have had a couple of promising moments, with their wide men getting supporters out of their seats.
21'
Cionek decides to have a go from 25 yards, only succeeding in blasting the ball straight into Kastanos. SPAL had a few players in the box then - a cross from deep would have been the better option.
19'
Lazzari is proving a real handful down the right-hand side. Another cross comes in which causes some panic in the Juventus backline, but Murgia cannot find a way through.
17'
Lazzari sends in a teasing cross towards the back post which Fares, perhaps put off by Cuadrado in front of him, cannot guide goalwards. That is two decent deliveries into the Juventus box in the space of a minute, with Cuadrado heading the other one clear.
15'
AUDACIOUS EFFORT! This is one for the crowd. Murgia chests Lazzari's cross and attempts a bicycle-kick, which lacks both the power and precision to beat Perin. The ball trickles towards the net and Perin collects.
13'
Bonifazi catches Cuadrado in the ribs, possibly intentionally, leaving his opponent in some pain. That was a nasty one from the SPAL defender.
12'
Juventus are starting to make their pressure tell, with that latest Cancelo cross causing some panic in the SPAL box. Remember, a point would be enough for the visitors to seal the title today - not that they will settle for a goalless draw.
10'
Cancelo whips in a couple of deliveries, the first being blocked behind for a corner - which hit Lazzari on the arm outside the box - and the second being won by Cionek before Kean can get on the end of it
8'
Dybala tries to get a shot away but it is charged down. The lively attacker has a chance to get a cross into the box but it is deflected into the path of SPAL goalkeeper Viviano.
6'
Cuadrado, making his first appearance since early December today, tries to get inside Bonifazi but his opponent stands his ground. The returning Juventus winger gives away a free-kick through frustration.
5'
Schiattarella clatters into Dybala, leaving the Juventus attacker feeling a little aggrieved. It is a free-kick for Juventus and nothing more.
4'
Kastanos produces a superb challenge on Cionek just as the SPAL defender is about to pull the trigger. The Juve youngster, who initially gave the ball away, had to get that tackle spot on.
3'
Juve, as expected, are bossing possession in the early stages. Allegri has named a young side, which includes Gozzi and Kastanos, but the early signs have been positive from the visitors' perspective.
1'
KICK-OFF! Juventus, who will be crowned champions if they avoid defeat today, get us underway!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Serie A meeting between SPAL and Juventus at the Stadio Paolo Mazza.
Juve require just a point from their trip to relegation-threatened SPAL to land their eighth straight Serie A crown with six matches to spare, which would set a new record for the earliest title win in the competition's history. Massimiliano Allegri's side have won 27 of their 31 league matches this season, including three victories in a row since a shock 2-0 loss to Genoa last month. Away from home, meanwhile, it is just that one defeat in 28 matches.
SPAL are aiming to delay Juve's title celebrations by another week, but for that to happen they have to pick up a rare win over the champions, having drawn 12 and lost 22 of the previous 35 top-flight encounters between the sides. The hosts lost 2-1 at Cagliari last weekend, though that followed a run of three successive wins that leaves them in a fairly healthy position above the relegation zone, four points clear of 18th-placed Empoli.
SPAL (3-5-2): Emiliano Viviano; Francesco Vicari, Thiago Cionek, Kevin Bonifazi; Manuel Lazzari, Pasquale Schiattarella, Simone Missiroli, Alessandro Murgia, Mohamed Fares; Sergio Floccari (c), Andrea Petagna.
JUVENTUS (4-4-2): Mattia Perin; Mattia De Sciglio, Andrea Barzagli (c), Paolo Gozzi, Joao Cancelo; Juan Cuadrado, Rodrigo Bentancur, Grigoris Kastanos, Leonardo Spinazzola; Paulo Dybala, Moise Kean.
Juventus subs: Stephy Mavididi, Leonardo Bonucci, Hans Nicolussi Caviglia, Luca Coccolo, Sami Khedira, Federico Bernardeschi, Wojciech Szczesny, Alex Sandro, Carlo Pinsoglio.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Stadio Paolo Mazza and we are moments away from kick-off.
SPAL subs: Andrea Rizzo Pinna, Andrea Fulignati, Mirko Valdifiori, Felipe, Vasco Regini, Alberto Paloschi, Lorenzo Dickmann, Mirco Antenucci, Lorenco Simic, Filippo Costa, Lazar Nikolic, Alfred Gomis.
Allegri has named a young side today and, having retained just Cancelo and Bentancur from the Ajax match in midweek, he will not be too concerned by his side's below-par display so far. Juventus will surely improve in the second half, though, and they have some experienced options on the bench should they be needed.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
It is still a case of when Juventus will lift the title, rather than if, and they will back themselves to get the job done against Fiorentina on home soil next week - assuming Napoli do not slip up against Verona tomorrow, that is. Before then Juve welcome Ajax to the Allianz Stadium on Tuesday for the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie, while SPAL - now surely safe from the drop - travel to lowly Empoli in a week's time.
