Reyna gets the chance for a late cameo appearance as he replaces Haaland, who has proved his fitness on return from a muscular injury by grabbing a brace in the final.
At the same time as Reyna's introduction, Brandt also comes on for Reus.
90'
M. Hummels gets yellow.
Hummels goes in far too late on Forsberg and becomes the next name in referee Brych's growing list of cautions.
89'
T. Meunier enters the game and replaces J. Sancho.
Sancho's cup-winning performance comes to an end as he walks off to replaced by Meunier.
87'
E. Haaland has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by J. Sancho.
GOOOOOALLLL! 4-1 DORTMUND! Haaland clears with his head on the edge of his own area. Reus hooks out to Sancho to launch the counter-attack and the Englishman goes flying down the right flank. Sancho reaches the edge of the area, teeing up Haaland, who slips as he shoots with his left foot, deflecting the ball off his right foot and towards goal. Courtesy of the Norwegian’s slip, Gulacsi goes the wrong way and the unusual attempt ends up going into the back of the net! That will confirm the victory and trophy for Terzic’s men.
Sancho finishes off an almost perfect performance with an assist to add to his brace. He gets set free by Reus on the counter-attack, sprinting down the right before laying off to Haaland. Despite finishing in unusual fashion, the Norwegian forward scores past Gulacsi as he slips a left-footed attempt onto his right foot to convert past the goalkeeper.
85'
Guerreiro forces a smart but expected save at the near post from Gulacsi, courtesy of an earlier cross from Piszczek in the right-hand channel. The left-back sends in the resulting set-piece and Leipzig again do well in the air to clear away from danger.
81'
J. Sancho gets yellow.
Dani Olmo gets yellow.
Olmo reacts angrily to Hazard’s foul and throws the Belgian on the floor. Referee Brych has no option but to show the Spaniard a yellow card and he rightfully does so.
Sancho rushes to the defence of Hazard, shoving Olmo and shaking his finger in the face of the Spanish midfielder. Referee Brych also decides Sancho has crossed the line and books the Englishman too.
80'
Guerreiro and Haaland look to link-up inside the area, exchanging a one-two, which forces Sabitzer to slide in and knock behind for another corner. Sancho delivers the set-piece but he doesn't beat the first man.
79'
Consecutive corners come for the hosts as Forsberg heads the first delivery behind. Reus sends in another cross from the second set-piece and, despite Hummels winning the initial duel, Leipzig eventually manage to clear their lines.
78'
Reus outpaces Laimer, chopping inside onto his right foot inside the area and setting his sights on the far corner. He strikes his effort well but Upamecano is there to block behind for a corner on the left-hand side.
Minute
Description
77'
Haaland buys his side a bit of time as he roams into the left-hand channel before sensibly playing back to Hazard. Dortmund then, however, look for a ball over the top, which offers Leipzig the chance to regain possession and attack again.
74'
T. Delaney enters the game and replaces Mahmoud Dahoud.
Terzic opts for the defensive option as he brings on Delaney for Dahoud.
71'
Dani Olmo has scored a goal for RB Leipzig! Assist by C. Nkunku.
GOOOOOOALLLL! 3-1! Guerreiro gets his clearance all wrong on the edge of the area, rolling to Forsberg, who plays to Nkunku. The forward takes a touch around Akanji, teeing up Olmo, who cannons a left-footed strike into the top left corner at the first time of asking. Burki rushes across but he can get nowhere near it to stop Leipzig from pulling one back.
Nkunku claims the assist as he dances around a tackle on the edge of the area to offload to Olmo, who smashes into the top left corner with his left foot. Guerreiro, however, will have to take large parts of the blame for failing to clear from the initial cross.
70'
B. Henrichs enters the game and replaces A. Haidara.
Another change from Nagelsmann comes as he sends on Henrichs for Haidara.
69'
Hummels outjumps Nkunku inside the area and the loose ball falls to Haidara, who chests down before getting a left-footed volley all wrong to send it well wide of goal to the left.
68'
Will Terzic think about some more changes to stretch the game soon? He has the likes of Reyna and Brandt on the bench, both of which are good options if Dortmund continue to fancy their chances of sitting deep while waiting for counter-attacking opportunities.
64'
Nkunku wanders down the right-hand side, powering past Guerreiro to play into the feet of Poulsen inside the area. Akanji seems to drag the forward down but referee Brych waves away any appeals for a penalty.
62'
K. Laimer enters the game and replaces N. Mukiele.
E. Forsberg enters the game and replaces K. Kampl.
Kampl is the next man to come off and Forsberg takes his place.
Mukiele, who was a bright spark in the first half, wanders off from right wing-back with Laimer the man to replace him.
60'
Sabitzer and Haidara nearly catch their opponents out with a quick, short corner routine, however, the latter's final ball in lacks quality. Two fouls in as many minutes follow from Leipzig and the Dortmund bench appear to be getting a little frustrated with referee Brych not showing any yellow cards.
57'
Sancho needlessly fouls on the left-hand side and the referee is clear in his instructions as he insists the next time will be a yellow card. The Englishman has a few words back before the pair seem to agree to disagree on what looked like a fairly unimportant matter.
55'
Terzic's men are still defending deep, inviting their opposition to attack, while hoping that they will leave spaces at the back to counter-attack and exploit. Haaland thinks he has done just that but Upamecano is again quickly across to hook a clearance away on the left flank.
54'
Nkunku has the opportunity to drive his team forward, however, Sancho does his defensive duties to recover and crowd the substitute out of play. Poulsen and Olmo on the far side cut frustrated figures as they seemed to be expecting a delivery of some sort from their team-mate there.
53'
Leipzig have the chance to cross from a deep set-piece, this time on the right-hand side. Sabitzer delivers, however, the ball doesn't even reach the area before Hummels is adjudged to have been fouled on the edge of his own box.
51'
Halstenberg whips in the resulting set-piece from deep but Burki comes out confidently to punch high above Upamecano's head near the penalty spot. Down the other end, Kampl's last-ditch tackle stops Reus from getting on the end of Piszczek's cross from the right-hand side.
50'
Mahmoud Dahoud gets yellow.
Dahoud chops at Olmo's heels and becomes the fourth booking of the game for a needless foul on the left flank.
49'
Another save comes in quick succession for Burki as Olmo tests the goalkeeper from similar range. Olmo's effort, however, is again too central and the goalkeeper saves with relative ease as Nagelsmann's men continue to bombard the Dortmund goal.
48'
SAVE! Leipzig have started the second half quickly and this time it is Sabitzer who forces a save out of Burki. The Austrian midfielder drives through the middle, reaching the edge of the area before his placed, left-footed finish is just a bit too straight, which makes it easy for the goalkeeper to get to.
46'
C. Nkunku enters the game and replaces Hwang Hee-Chan.
Y. Poulsen enters the game and replaces A. Sørloth.
T. Hazard enters the game and replaces J. Bellingham.
Nagelsmann doesn't hang about as he makes a double change at half-time, the first of which sees Poulsen replace Sorloth.
Alongside Poulsen's introduction, Hwang also makes way at the break and Nkunku takes his place.
Referee Brych gets the second half underway!
After being cautioned in the first half, Bellingham also makes way at half-time for Hazard.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: RB LEIPZIG 0-3 BORUSSIA DORTMUND
45' +1
J. Sancho has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by M. Reus.
D. Upamecano gets yellow.
For Upamecano's late tackle on Haaland in the build-up to the third goal, the centre-back joins Can and Bellingham in the book.
GOOOALLLL! 3-0 DORTMUND! Haaland invites the tackle of Upamecano and the centre-back clatters into him. The referee plays advantage, however, as Dahoud releases Reus over the halfway line. The German forward goes one-on-one with Gulacsi before squaring to Sancho to the right of goal. The Englishman takes a touch to dance around Halstenberg and then taps into an empty net from inside the six-yard box to double his account and extend Dortmund’s lead. The assistant initially flags for offside against Reus but VAR confirms the goal can stand as Halstenberg was playing him onside.
Reus takes the unselfish option, after being released through by Dahoud, as he squares to Sancho, who has a simple finish to make it 3-0 to Terzic's men. There were suggestions of offside, with the assistant flagging against the German, however, VAR checks and confirms the goal should stand.
44'
Upamecano works it out to the right-hand channel, where Mukiele outjumps Guerreiro to head forward. The right wing-back, despite winning the aerial duel, can only head out of play, however, as this final approaches its interval.
43'
Akanji gets too tight to Hwang, which allows the forward to spin and play to Halstenberg. The defender has acres of space on the left-hand side but his touch is too heavy, allowing Piszczek to dive in and make a vital, last-ditch tackle.
41'
Dahoud finds Sancho with a lovely outside of the boot pass and the Englishman races inside from the left flank. Haaland holds his run, however, when the throughball comes, Upamecano has just too much pace to recover and poke out for a corner on the right-hand side.
40'
Hwang leads the counter-attacking charge after Bellingham gives away the ball at the other end. The forward looks for his partner, Sorloth, but the throughball into the area is slightly overhit and Burki is quick off his line to slide and collect.
37'
A corner comes on the left-hand side for Nagelsmann's side and Halstenberg whips in a left-footed cross. The outswinging delivery, however, is met by the head of Akanji, who towers above his opposite man at the near post to clear.
35'
Sorloth again occupies the right-hand side, cutting in and feeding the forward run of Klostermann. The centre-back beats Can, reaching the byline before the ball goes out of play. Can will get the credit for sheltering Klostermann out of play, however, he was another pull on the shirt away from giving a penalty away there.
34'
Sorloth goes roaming down the right-hand side, reaching the byline and looking to whip a low, right-footed cross across for his strike partner. The forward gets the pass all wrong, however, and the ball finds touch on the left instead of Hwang in the middle.
33'
Haidara does well to intervene on the left flank, moving inwards and looking to find the pairing of Hwang and Sorloth. However, Hwang has carelessly strayed offside and the opportunity to attack fades away.
30'
Just as Leipzig looked like they were growing into the game, Haaland doubles Dortmund's advantage. It could be a long way back now for Nagelsmann's men, who seem like they need the half-time whistle to regroup and collect their thoughts.
28'
E. Haaland has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by M. Reus.
GOOOOOOALLLLLL! 2-0 DORTMUND! Haaland powers into the area to the right of goal, knocking Upamecano out the way before cutting inside and sliding a left-footed finish into the bottom left corner. Initially, Reus intercepted in midfield, racing forward before rolling into the Norwegian forward, who does the rest by bullying the centre-back and finishing past Gulacsi.
Reus picks up possession 35 yards from goal from inside the left-hand channel, instead of going on his own he opts to roll a pass into the feet of Haaland. The Norwegian forward travels into the area, shoving Upamecano out the way before turning inside and finding the bottom left corner with a placed, left-footed finish.
27'
Despite Dortmund's positive start, Nagelsmann's team have grown into this game in the last 10 minutes or so. While they have no attacking reward to show for it as of yet, Terzic's men will know they are certainly in a game.
25'
J. Bellingham gets yellow.
A loose ball cannons around outside Leipzig's area and Bellingham flies into a sliding tackle on Kampl. The Englishman looks to have made a clean tackle but the referee sees it differently, suggesting Bellingham's force was excessive and he decides to caution the midfielder. Can and Bellingham are now both on bookings after just 25 minutes of the final.
24'
Hwang makes a smart run into the area but Mukiele has little chance of finding the forward with his throughball, due to the number of yellow shirts that are patrolling the edge of the box. Haaland looks like he has a chance to counter-attack, however, Upamecano uses his pace to intervene and play towards Gulacsi.
23'
Bellingham stalls in possession, inviting the foul of Haidara and the midfielder duly obliges by clattering through the back of him. Unlike their opposition, Dortmund go short from the free-kick as they opt to retain possession and play backwards.
22'
Mukiele, who has been his team's brightest outlet so far, races in from the right flank and finds Sabitzer in the middle. The Leipzig captain rushes his effort from the centre of goal, skewing a left-footed shot well wide of Burki's goal to the left.
20'
Sabitzer and Halstenberg stand over the free-kick and the latter whips a low, left-footed strike around the wall. The defender's effort gets blocked at the near post and Sabitzer leads the appeal for handball, however, referee Brych isn't interested and allows play to go on.
19'
Reus pulls down Mukiele just outside the area to the right of goal and Leipzig get another free-kick in a dangerous position. Reus protests his innocence but referee Brych is having none of it as he marches the wall back 10 yards.
18'
Nagelsmann's men continue to press high but Dortmund show no signs of any nerves as they stroke possession around the press with ease. Another minute or so of possession follows for them before Kampl finally intercepts in midfield.
16'
After Can's foul on Halstenberg, Sabitzer whips in a set-piece from wide on the left. Mukiele wins the aerial duel but Hummels eases the right wing-back away from goal and the ball rolls out for a goal-kick, which Burki sends long.
14'
Sorloth races up to press Sancho, pinning him into a corner as the Englishman attempts to twist and turn to escape. Sancho eventually manages to win a goal-kick for his side, which is greeted by the support of the defenders around him that appeared a little concerned at one point.
12'
Terzic's men are dictating proceedings and look comfortable as their opponents have struggled to get going so far. Upamecano, Halstenberg and Klostermann are seeing a lot of possession but the forwards, namely Sorloth and Hwang, in front of them haven't made the ball stick.
11'
Halstenberg whips a teasing, long pass over the top of Akanji for the run in behind of Sorloth, who fails to control the ball and it trickles out for a goal-kick. Haidara then regains possession on the left-hand side, however, his cross gets comfortably headed away by Hummels inside the box.
9'
Hwang hasn't got to grips with Akanji yet as the centre-back beats him in the air again. Nagelsmann's side are forced all the way back to Gulacsi as Haaland leads the press up top.
8'
Can fouls once more in the middle of the park and the German midfielder already appears to be on his final warning with referee Brych. Halstenberg goes short from the resulting free-kick and, due to Haidara's wayward touch, Dortmund get the goal-kick.
5'
J. Sancho has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by Mahmoud Dahoud.
After Kampl gives away possession in midfield, Reus finds Haaland, who tees up Dahoud. The midfielder, from a central position, plays out to Sancho, who moves inside before striking a curling, right-footed attempt into the far corner past Gulacsi to give Dortmund the lead.
GOOOOOOALLLL! 1-0 DORTMUND! Reus dispossesses Kampl on the right-hand side and finds Haaland through the middle. The Norwegian offloads to Dahoud, who immediately works it out to the left of the area. Sancho takes a touch inside before curling a right-footed strike perfectly into the bottom right corner. Gulacsi scrambles across but he can’t stop the Englishman from opening the scoring here.
3'
Gulacsi looks to release Hwang quickly through the middle with a long kick out of his hands but Akanji races across to head away the danger. Every move from Terzic's men is being met by rapturous applause at the moment.
2'
Piszczek's deflected cross wins the first corner of the game for the hosts. Sancho takes the outswinging set-piece and Haidara does well to hook away a clearance at the far post.

Referee Felix Brych gets this DFB-Pokal final underway!
Can smashes into a sliding tackle on Mukiele out wide, taking the ball and the man to set the tone in the opening stages. Referee Brych quickly gets involved, awarding a free-kick to Leipzig without cautioning the German midfielder.
As Julian Nagelsmann prepares for his departure in summer, he will be hoping to take Leipzig to their first-ever major trophy in their history. Nurnberg, Augsburg, VfL Bochum and Wolfsburg all tried and failed against Leipzig before their 2-1 extra-time win over Werder Bremen to reach the final stage of this year’s DFB-Pokal.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the DFB-Pokal final between RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.
Apart from a quarter-final clash against Borussia Monchengladbach, Dortmund’s route to the final has been fairly straightforward. Holstein Kiel were the final challenge in the semi-final but Giovanni Reyna’s brace sent Edin Terzic’s side well on the way to a 5-0 victory. Before that, they knocked out MSV Duisburg, Eintracht Braunschweig and Paderborn to make it this far.
RB LEIPZIG (3-1-4-2): Peter Gulacsi; Lukas Klostermann, Marcel Halstenberg, Dayot Upamecano; Kevin Kampl; Nordi Mukiele, Dani Olmo, Amadou Haidara, Marcel Sabitzer; Hwang Hee-Chan, Alexander Sorloth.
SUBS: Yussuf Poulsen, Ibrahima Konate, Konrad Laimer, Benjamin Henrichs, Emil Forsberg, Josep Martinez, Justin Kluivert, Christopher Nkunku, Willi Orban.
DORTMUND (4-2-3-1): Roman Burki; Raphael Guerreiro, Mats Hummels, Manuel Akanji, Lukasz Piszczek; Jude Bellingham, Emre Can; Jadon Sancho, Mahmoud Dahoud, Marco Reus; Erling Haaland.
SUBS: Stefan Drljaca, Giovanni Reyna, Ansgar Knauff, Thomas Meunier, Thorgan Hazard, Nico Schulz, Thomas Delaney, Reinier, Julian Brandt.
That is all from this DFB-Pokal final, until next time!
Dortmund, who win this competition for the first time since 2017, remain in pursuit of Champions League qualification in the Bundesliga and next travel to Mainz. Leipzig, who succumb to their second DFB-Pokal final loss in as many attempts, return to top-flight action as they host Wolfsburg on Sunday.
Nagelsmann and his team's wait for a first-ever major trophy may have to go on, barring a minor second-half miracle at the Olympiastadion. Dortmund have been the better side in almost every single area and Leipzig are yet to even record a shot on target. They are going to have to change in the second half, perhaps calling on Kluivert or Forsberg off the bench for some inspiration.
