The deep corner is met by Cummings at the back post but he cannot keep his header down.
90' +3
NEARLY A WINNER! Lovren has time to set himself for the cross. The wicked delivery is well defended as Shrewsbury survive this latest onslaught on their goal. The hosts get the ball forward and Laurent tries to catch out Adrian, but the Liverpool keeper makes the save at his near post.
90' +2
Shrewsbury are backing off far too much. Liverpool, having been under the cosh for large parts of this second half, are now the side knocking on the door. Four minutes have been added on.
90'
NERVY MOMENT! Fabinho plays the ball in behind and Firmino gets a shot in from a tight angle. O'Leary makes the save but it breaks loose towards Jones, only for Williams to make a vital block in front of goal. Talk about putting your body on the line!
88'
Liverpool are seriously holding on now. The visitors have been poor in an attacking sense today and can have no complaints if this one finishes 2-2.
85'
D. Udoh enters the game and replaces S. Whalley.
Roberto Firmino enters the game and replaces T. Minamino.
With Salah already on, Klopp has now turned to Firmino. Minamino is the player to make way.
Whalley has been heavily involved today and is replaced by Udoh with five minutes to go.
84'
Shrewsbury win a corner, which ultimately comes to little. Liverpool are struggling to get the ball out of their own half - they are not playing like European champions.
83'
Edwards plays it through for Cummings, who tumbles in the box when contact is made on him. However, the offside flag had already gone up.
82'
With less than 10 minutes to go, it is Shrewsbury who are looking the more likely side to snatch victory. There is no extra-time today, remember - the game will instead go to a replay early next month. Firmino is about to come on for Liverpool.
Minute
Description
81'
Salah's first touch is to cut out a cross. Rather comically, he then plays the ball straight out of play. It looked as though he was passing to Matip, who was making his way around the outside of the pitch after being subbed off!
79'
Mohamed Salah enters the game and replaces J. Matip.
Salah comes on for Matip as Klopp changes formation. He really does not want this to go to a replay.
77'
From two goals down to 2-2, and it is fair to say Shrewsbury deserve to be level. Klopp appears to be readying Salah to come on - that was not part of the script, especially after Love put into his own net to give Liverpool a 2-0 lead.
75'
J. Cummings has scored a goal for Shrewsbury Town! Assist by S. Whalley.
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!! SHREWSBURY 2-2 LIVERPOOL!!! CUMMINGS SCORES A SECOND! O'Leary, having made that impressive save to deny Origi, launches the ball long and Cummings gets the better of Lovren. The substitute striker keeps his cool with just Adrian to beat by tucking the ball into the bottom-left corner.
Whalley got an important touch to O'Leary's punt forward and is credited with the assist.
74'
SAVE! Origi has a go from a long way out and O'Leary does well to get down to his left and keep it out.
73'
Liverpool have not managed a single shot on target in this second half, their second goal coming via a Shrewsbury player. The hosts have, strangely, been the better side in an attacking sense. Oxlade-Chamberlain's drilled free-kick deflects behind.
72'
Jones is a little too keen to win the ball back and is penalised for taking out Laurent on the edge of his own box.
71'
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain enters the game and replaces H. Elliott.
Elliott, who has not been all that involved in the match, is replaced by Oxlade-Chamberlain with around 20 minutes to go.
69'
Love positions himself out wide on the right and is eventually picked out. His cross is cut out by Lovren but the pressure from Shrewsbury is pretty relentless.
67'
It is bittersweet for Larouci, as the penalty should not have been awarded but he may well have been shown a red card if VAR was in operation. Edwards is played in by Laurent, who has been superb over the last 10 minutes, but he is fractionally offside.
65'
Penalty goal scored by J. Cummings for Shrewsbury Town!
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!!! SHREWSBURY 1-2 LIVERPOOL!!!! GAME ON AT NEW MEADOW! Cummings sends Adrian the wrong way from the penalty spot and Liverpool now have something to think about.
64'
Y. Larouci gets yellow.
Larouci is cautioned for his challenge on Laurent. Further punishment could follow if Cummings converts the penalty.
63'
Love, aiming to make amends for his own goal, sends in a good delivery and substitute Edwards directs it over the crossbar with his head.
62'
WIDE! Liverpool have a two-goal lead and yet it is Shrewsbury who have been creating the better chances today. Laurent picks up a loose pass from Matip but screws his shot wide from the edge of the area.
60'
J. Cummings enters the game and replaces C. Lang.
That attempt from Lang was his last involvement in the game. Cummings is on in his place.
58'
Klopp has plenty of experienced options on the bench and may well turn to one of them as we approach the hour mark. Shrewsbury are just about hanging on in there and know it only takes one goal to turn the tie on its head.
57'
Liverpool are in a good position, knowing they do not need to force the issue with this two-goal lead. Laurent is starting the Shrewsbury press, but the visitors are coping with it fairly well at the moment.
55'
Elliott is disappointed to have given the ball away and, in an attempt to win it back, he clatters into Laurent. Shrewsbury are starting to push higher up the pitch now, which worked well in the first half.
53'
Better from Shrewsbury! Goss picks out Laurent, who does not make the connection he would have wanted with his shot. He claims it took a deflection on its way behind but the officials disagree.
52'
The wind has well and truly been taken out of Shrewsbury's sails with that second Liverpool goal. They were looking bright in the final 15 minutes of the second half, but the visitors are looking very comfortable now as they continue to knock the ball around.
48'
Shrewsbury really do have a mountain to climb now. Liverpool have looked assured on the ball in the minutes since Love's comical own goal. It looks as though Salah and Firmino will remain on the bench after all!
46'
D. Love is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOOOOOAAAALLLL!!!! SHREWSBURY 0-2 LIVERPOOL!!!! LOVE PUTS INTO HIS OWN NET! It is a nightmare start to the second half for Shrewsbury. Twenty-seven seconds after the restart, Love inadvertently directs a right-sided cross into the bottom corner of his own net. He was under no pressure whatsoever - what a a horror moment!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: SHREWSBURY 0-1 LIVERPOOL
45' +2
DANGER! Fabinho, well off the pace so far, is guilty of giving away a needless corner late in the half. Larouci misses the set-piece and it drops right in front of goal, but Liverpool clear their lines. The ball soon comes back into the box and Pierre's miscued strike is easily dealt with by Adrian.
45'
Two minutes have been added on at the end of the first half. Pierre just about manages to get the ball out of his feet before Minamino can take it off him.
44'
Origi is too quick for Ebanks-Landell, who makes the foul. The wide free-kick is sent towards the penalty spot, where Matip is waiting to guide a header well wide of the target.
42'
Golbourne gets a lot of Williams and none of the ball when lunging in. The referee gives the Shrewsbury defender a talking to but he escapes without a booking.
39'
Lang escapes Fabinho and has Whalley for support. The Shrewsbury attacker tries to do too much as he jinks his way past one but is crowded out by two other Liverpool players.
38'
The game has gone a little flat over the past couple of minutes. Liverpool have not offered a great deal since edging in front through Jones' second goal in two FA Cup outings this season. Shrewsbury are looking to keep things simple, knowing it is all to play for as long as it remains just 1-0.
36'
Liverpool's back-up keeper Adrian has been very impressive in this first half. He made a big save to deny Whalley, has confidently passed out from the back and has made a good call in racing off his line a few times.
34'
Whalley gets the wrong side of Matip but Adrian bails out his team-mate by racing off his line and clearing the ball.
33'
This is not something you see much anymore - the ball has popped and needs to be swapped. This now falls into the 'proper cup tie' category.
32'
Liverpool turn over possession but Elliott is unable to do much with the ball as he charges towards the opposition box. Fabinho is then guilty of miscontrolling the ball, with the midfielder - somewhat understandably - looking a tad rusty today.
30'
HANDBALL?! Liverpool have had 78 per cent of possession in the opening half an hour of the tie. Minamino goes wide to Williams and the cross into the middle is cut out by Pierre for a corner. It hit the defender on the arm, but there is no VAR in operation today.
28'
Shrewsbury have looked better since falling behind. They have been forced to take the game to Liverpool and Ricketts will feel his side should be level following that opportunity for Whalley.
26'
D. Edwards enters the game and replaces O. Norburn.
Norburn picked up a knee injury early on and has been unable to shake it off. Experienced midfielder Edwards, who started at Fleetwood last week, comes on in his place.
25'
That really was a massive chance for the home team. Whalley was played clean through by Norburn and probably should have tucked the ball away.
21'
Jones, who now has two goals and one assist in his last four appearances for Liverpool in all competitions, slices a shot well wide of the target from 20 yards.
19'
It is a familiar story for Shrewsbury as Lang is flagged for offside when looking to get on the end of Golbourne's floated pass. Credit to Liverpool's defence for holding their line.
17'
The home supporters are urging their side on following that early setback. Ricketts' gameplan to sit back and soak up pressure has seemingly gone out of the window already. Shrewsbury need to get out of their own half at some point.
15'
C. Jones has scored a goal for Liverpool! Assist by Pedro Chirivella.
GOOOOOAAAAAALLLL!!!!! SHREWSBURY 0-1 LIVERPOOL!!! JONES OPENS THE SCORING! He was Liverpool's match-winning hero in the last round and Jones has a goal early on here. The midfielder takes Chirivella's pass in his stride and makes no mistake in finishing past O'Leary.
Minamino initially did well to hold the ball up and Chirivella took over by playing a pass through for Jones to do the rest.
13'
Williams' delivery is just out of the reach of Minamino. He was at full stretch but could not get his head on the end of the right-sided cross.
12'
O'Leary makes a routine catch to halt Liverpool's latest attack. Klopp has decided to play Minamino through the middle, rather than Origi, which is a strange call on the face of it. Still no chances created for either side.
10'
SHOT! The home team are very much playing with five players across midfield. They are happy to sit back and soak up the pressure, but they are inviting a little too much pressure on themselves as Origi sends a shot wide from 20 yards.
8'
Norburn fouls Minamino and the recently-acquired Liverpool star is straight back to his feet. The visitors have settled well and are patiently probing away.
6'
Shrewsbury are packing out the middle of the park and making life difficult for Liverpool's midfield players to create much of anything. Minamino's cross is cut out and the final touch comes off the forward for a goal-kick.
4'
Like team-mate Whalley a few minutes ago, Love is flagged for offside when attempting to chase down Ebanks-Landell's over-the-top pass.
3'
Chirivella fizzes the ball into the path of Minamino, who cannot quite bring it under control in the box to get a shot away.
2'
Whalley chases down a pass in behind and has lots of space to run into, but the offside flag correctly goes up on the far side.

KICK-OFF! League One side Shrewsbury get this FA Cup fourth-round tie under way! Can they pull off a huge upset against the world champions?
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the FA Cup fourth-round tie between Shrewsbury Town and Liverpool at New Meadow.
Liverpool have won 14 of their latest 15 matches in all competitions - the exception being a 5-0 loss to Aston Villa in the EFL Cup quarter-finals last month when being forced to field their youngest-ever side - and enter this game against third-tier Shrewsbury as overwhelming favourites. Jurgen Klopp's men beat Wolves 2-1 on Thursday to open up a 16-point lead at the top of the Premier League with a game in hand to spare, and now all focus is on progressing in the FA Cup.
Shrewsbury held Bristol City to a 1-1 draw in round three and then won last week's replay 1-0 through a late Aaron Pierre strike. That is their only win in seven matches in all competitions since before Christmas, however, seeing them drop down to 16th in the League One standings. They have had eight days' rest since their 2-2 draw with Fleetwood Town and, as boss Sam Ricketts said in the build-up to this big cup tie, his players will not need any extra motivation today.
Subs: David Edwards, Joe Murphy, Daniel Udoh, Jason Cummings, Sam Hart, Brad Walker, Omar Beckles.
SHREWSBURY XI (5-3-2): Max O'Leary; Donald Love, Ro-Shaun Williams, Ethan Ebanks-Landell, Aaron Pierre, Scott Golbourne; Oliver Norburn (c), Sean Goss, Josh Laurent; Shaun Whalley, Callum Lang.
Subs: Caoimhin Kelleher, Ki-Jana Hoever, Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
LIVERPOOL XI (4-3-3): Adrian; Neco Williams, Joel Matip, Dejan Lovren (c), Yasser Larouci; Pedro Chirivella, Fabinho, Curtis Jones; Harvey Elliott, Divock Origi, Takumi Minamino.
With Premier League games against West Ham and Southampton to come over the next six days, Klopp has made 11 changes to Liverpool's starting line-up. Lovren, Matip and Fabinho all start for the first time in 2020 after recovering from injury, while Origi is selected up top, but this is otherwise an inexperienced XI. Jones scored the winner against Everton in the last round and again gets the nod, as do the likes of Elliott, Williams, Larouci and recent signing Minamino. Salah and Firmino are among the subs.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch at New Meadow, with kick-off just moments away.
Klopp will have mixed feelings at the interval. Liverpool started the game brightly and gave themselves a platform to build on with their 15th-minute goal, but the German coach will know that it could easily have been 1-1 at half-time. Firmino and Salah are both on the bench and it would not be all that surprising to see one or both of them introduced at some point if the scoreline remains as tight as it is at the midway stage.
RESTART! World champions and Premier League winners in waiting Liverpool get us back up and running at New Meadow, where neither manager has made a change at half-time.
Klopp now has another fixture to factor in next month, though that was always going to be a risk when making 11 changes to his starting line-up. Next up for Liverpool is a rearranged Premier League trip to West Ham on Wednesday, the same day that Shrewsbury travel to Gillingham in League One.
That's all for today's live coverage. Thanks for joining!
