74'
Thiago Silva gets yellow.
PENALTY TO BRUGGE!! Thiago Silva pleads his innocence at referee Madden after he is seen to have tripped substitute Diagne inside the penalty area! He gets booked for his troubles, and Brugge now won’t have a better chance to equalise!

GOOOOAAALLLL!!! ICARDI BREAKS THE DEADLOCK! PSG continue to attack the Brugge half in waves, with Di Maria releasing Dagba out on the wing, and the latter’s low cross takes a slight deflection off of Deli before bouncing towards Icardi who makes no mistake from less than six yards out! Okereke should’ve done better there! PSG play some risky football close to their penalty area and give the ball away to the Brugge forward, who swivels once before sidefooting a weak effort well wide of Navas!
4'
Deli gets penalised by referee Madden as he attempts to win an aerial challenge against Mbappe, and the hosts have a free-kick in dangerous territory.

Hello, and welcome to our LIVE coverage of this Champions League match as Paris Saint-Germain host Club Brugge at the Parc des Princes!
Despite heading into this fixture on the back of a shock 2-1 defeat at the hands of Ligue 1 strugglers Dijon, a win for Paris Saint-Germain today will see the French champions qualify for the knockout stages with two matches to spare having already won their opening three Group A games without conceding. While Thomas Tuchel’s side still top Ligue 1 by seven points even after that surprise loss at Dijon, it is common knowledge that the Champions League is the competition that his side will truly want to win, and the Parisians intend to make a statement against a side they thrashed 5-0 in their last encounter.
It was always going to be an uphill task attempting to qualify from a group featuring Galatasaray, Real Madrid and today’s opponents, but Club Brugge still have a chance at snatching third place and a route into the Europa League. Having began their Champions League campaign with back-to-back draws before their heavy loss against their visitors a fortnight ago, Philippe Clement’s side will aim to make this fixture more of a contest and will hope to take inspiration from their excellent domestic form which has seen them atop the Jupiler Pro League by six points.
SUBSTITUTES: Edinson Cavani, Abdou Diallo, Julian Draxler, Layvin Kurzawa, Sergio Rico, Ander Herrera, Pablo Sarabia.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN XI (4-3-3): Keylor Navas; Colin Dagba, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva (c), Presnel Kimpembe; Marco Verratti, Idrissa Gueye, Juan Bernat; Angel Di Maria, Mauro Icardi, Kylian Mbappe.
And without further ado, let’s take a look at how both sides line up, starting with the hosts.
SUBSTITUTES: Siebe Schrijvers, Matej Mitrovic, Eduard Sobol, Ethan Horvath, Mbaye Diagne, Charles de Ketelaere, Percy Tau.
CLUB BRUGGE XI (4-3-3): Simon Mignolet; Odilon Kossounou, Brandon Mechele, Simon Deli, Federico Ricca; Hans Vanaken (c), Eder Balanta, Mats Rits; Krepin Diatta, David Okereke, Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis.
The players are out and kick-off is drawing near.
With Galatasaray currently 4-0 down at the Bernabeu against Real Madrid, Brugge will still remain in third place and in contention for entry into the Europa League with a defeat in Paris. However, Clement will want more from his side after an encouraging opening 10 minutes, but that task is easier said than done against the French champions who have looked comfortable since breaking the deadlock.
And that wraps up our coverage. We hope you enjoyed our commentary, and until next time, goodbye!
Both sides resume domestic duties this weekend, as PSG aim to recover from their shocking loss to Dijon at Brest on Saturday while Brugge travel to Antwerp on the following day as they attempt to further their lead at the top of their league. Key Champions League fixtures await both teams though, as Tuchel’s Parisians will travel to the Bernabeu for an opportunity to seal top spot against Real Madrid on the 26th of November while Clement’s Belgians head to Galatasaray in what could be a straight shoot-out for third place and a spot in the Europa League.
