There will be six minutes added on at the end of this match.
90'
J. Correa has scored a goal for Lazio! Assist by F. Caicedo.
Assist Felipe Salvador Caicedo Corozo
CORREA SEALS IT! Lazio are surely going to win the Coppa Italia! Atalanta are caught with everyone forward as Correa is sent forward. The striker has speed to burn as he bursts into the area, rounds the keeper and slots home to put this match to bed!
88'
Disappointing in the end as Palomino can't quite get his head to Ilicic's delivery, and the pressure is relieved, at least for the time being.
87'
A. Marušić gets yellow.
Atalanta are awarded a free-kick just outside the area as Marusic is booked for a foul on Gosens. This is a huge chance for Atalanta, who are running out of time.
85'
R. Gosens enters the game and replaces T. Castagne.
M. Pašalić enters the game and replaces M. de Roon.
It's a triple change from Atalanta, as Gosens also comes on, with Castagne giving way.
The final substitution sees Pasalic take the place of De Roon.
84'
M. Barrow enters the game and replaces D. Zapata.
Atalanta respond by going to their substitute's bench, as Barrow is brought on to replace Zapata.
82'
S. Milinković-Savić has scored a goal for Lazio! Assist by Lucas Leiva.
Lucas Leiva provides the assist, picking out Milinkovic-Savic with his corner.
IMMEDIATE IMPACT! They've left it late, but Lazio have the breakthrough in Rome! Milinkovic-Savic, brought on just minutes ago, rises highest to meet a Lucas Leiva corner, and guides a brilliant header in at the far post to break the deadlock! Incredible scenes as he runs off to celebrate with the fans behind the goal!
79'
S. Milinković-Savić enters the game and replaces Luis Alberto.
R. Freuler gets yellow.
A final Lazio change sees Milinkovic-Savic on in place of Luis Alberto.
Gomez is booked for a foul on Correa, taking the striker to ground. Correa landed awkwardly and appeared to injure his shoulder, requiring assistance straight away.
76'
Atalanta are still asking the questions with Lazio sitting back dangerously in defence. Hateboer drives an inviting delivery through the heart of the penalty area, where it eventually comes to Gomez. The attacker twists and turns in close, but can only smack an effort off the outside of the post and behind from a very tight angle.

Description
74'
Approaching the final 15 minutes now and a plethroa of stoppages have just seen the tempo taken out of this match a bit. It appears as though these sides are keen to slow things down just a bit, not wanting to make a crucial mistake that would deny them at least getting this to extra time.
70'
Palomino to the rescue! A careless play from Djimsiti is punished by Correa, who pounces on the ball and appears to be clean through on goal. Palomino makes up a ton of ground to close down on the attacker, however, sliding in at the vital moment to knock the ball behind! Outstanding defending, that!
67'
F. Caicedo enters the game and replaces C. Immobile.
A quiet night for Immobile comes to a disappointing end as he's withdrawn with Lazio's second change, as Caicedo takes his place in attack.
65'
Into the final 25 minutes and it remains brilliantly poised in the capital. Still nothing to split these sides, and while Atalanta have been unquestionably the better side since the restart, they've been unable to produce that killer chance they need to find the breakthrough.
63'
The ball is put out of play as Correa goes down following a coming together with Palomino, as he pressed high up the pitch to try and win the ball. The striker squirms around in pain on the ground, shouting at the referee claiming he should be awarded a free-kick. The replay shows the defender did absolutely nothing there but turn and pass the ball off, with Correa tripping himself up, rather embarrassingly.
59'
It's been a very bright start to this second half by Atalanta. They've grabbed the match by the scruff of the neck as they sense it is there for the taking. They're really getting after Lazio, who are scrabling to deny them a way through.
57'
Lucas Leiva gets yellow.
After a talking to from the referee, Lucas Leiva is shown a yellow card - the third of the match shown to a Lazio player.
56'
Atalanta are really turning on the style. Hateboer makes a delicious rin down the right flank before being taken out incredibly cynically by Lucas Leiva. Hateboer is furious with the referee, who is slow to come over and take action.
54'
Ilicic pleads his case, and is absolutely furious with the referee for not awarding him a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area as he's taken out by Radu. Atalanta have the pressure on again moments later, but there's no way through for Zapata or Gomez as they have to settle for a corner.
48'
The intensity has picked up right where it left off, with Freuler, Acerbi and Radu all flying into challenges. The refere has done a good job, but he needs to make sure he keeps control with things threatening to get out of hand.
46'
Back underway at Stadio Olimpico!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: ATALANTA 0-0 LAZIO.
45'
There will be just one minute added on at the end of this first half.
41'
D. Zapata gets yellow.
And now Zapata is booked! The striker clips the heels of Lucas Leiva and is shown a yellow. Everyone is getting worked up now, as challenges are flying in by the minute!
39'
Tempers rising! Lazio players swarm the referee as Lulic is shown a yellow for an accumulation of fouls - the latest on Ilicic. They're still feeling hard done by over the decision to show Masiello a yellow, presumably.
38'
S. Lulić gets yellow.
37'
The end result is again disappointing for Lazio as Luis Alberto bends the resulting free-kick harmlessly over the bar.
36'
A. Masiello gets yellow.
Ş. Radu enters the game and replaces Bastos.
It's Bastos who gives way for Radu. The defender was on a yellow, so could that be the logic behind this change? Bastos certainly doesn't appear happy to be coming off, so this doesn't appear to be because of an injury.
He's a lucky boy! Correa is picked out on a counter and knocks the ball behind Masiello, who is the last line of defence. Sensing he's been beaten, the defender rather cynically trips up the Lazio forward. The Biancocelsti are shouting for a red card to be produced, but the Atalanta man escapes with only a yellow!
33'
Interesting one here, as Radu appears to be warming up and getting some instructions on the touchline. It looks like Inzaghi is getting set to make a change. There's been no injuries - at least no obvious ones. Could this be a tactical switch already?
31'
The match has certainly come to life again following a bit of a lull. There's been no denying the work ethic of these sides, though. Everyone is doing their part thus far, with every ball being fiercly contested, and every pocket of space being fought for. It's just the quality that has been somewhat lacking.
29'
Blocked! That's a real letdown for Lazio. Correa does well to sheild the ball and win his side a free-kick 25 yards from goal. Anticipation builds as they prepare to take, but it amounts to nothing as Immobile's effort is blocked rather easily, before Atalanta clear their lines.
24'
Bastos gets yellow.
Back the other way come Atalanta on a break and Bastos takes out Gomez with a late slide, which sees him into the book with the first yellow card of the match.
21'
Lazio continue to enjoy the better of play, but they're being made to be very patient in their approach, with Atalanta giving them next to nothing to look at in possession. It's all become rather stale after something of a lively start.
19'
The likes of Zapata and Immobile have hardly been involved thus far. Zapata has just five touches, less than every one of his team-mates, while Immobile has yet to be picked out in any sort of space. The Lazio striker has been smothered by black and blue shirts wherever he goes.
17'
The tempo has dropped off a bit, with both sides just lacking that cutting edge in possession. It's the defences that have held the advantages thus far. These are two sides that love to get forward, but with this being a cup final, they're perhaps expectedly exercising a bit more caution with their approach.
13'
Lazio win the first corner of the match as Correa sees a shot deflected behind on the end of a tidy break. The ensuing delivery comes to Acerbi from four yards out, but he times his jump wrong and lifts his header wildly over the bar. He has to at the very least be working the keeper from there!
11'
Momentum has swung a bit in Lazio's favour, as they see more of the ball now with Atalanta dropping a bit deeper. Still, chances have been very hard to come by for Inzaghi's side, with Atalanta organising themselves very well off the ball.
9'
There's a wonderful intensity to this match, which is more than matching the significance of the occasion. The challenges are coming flying in, with every ball being contested. Every inch of space is being earned.
7'
Good defending at both ends! Atalanta get the cavalry back and really do well to suffocate Lazio in possession, denying Luis Alberto and Lucas Leiva from getting their passes through into the area. Atalanta look to break quickly, with Gomez leading the charge, but Marusic keeps up with him stride for stride, before sending him to ground with a stern, but fair, challenge.
3'
Atalanta are dominating possession in the early stages, full of energy as they look to take the match to their opponents. There's a good width to their approach, with Castagne and Hateboer both eager to push forward down the flanks.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Underway in the 2019 Coppa Italia final! Atalanta are in their blue and black stripes, with Lazio in their famous biancocelesti colours.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the 2019 Coppa Italia final as Atalanta and Lazio clash at Stadio Olimpico in Rome!
Lazio hold a slight advantage in tonight’s final with the match being played at their home stadium, but Atalanta come into the match in terrific form and will be beaming with confidence as they look to win the Coppa Italia for just the second time in their history – and the first since 1963.
It has been a terrific season thus far for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side. They are holding down fourth place in Serie A with two weeks left in the season, but tonight their focus shifts to a possible crowning moment they will feel they very much deserve tonight in the capital.
Lazio’s top-four hopes are already gone, having been dashed by this very same Atalanta side who came into Stadio Olimpico at the beginning of May and marched to an emphatic 3-1 victory – their second over the Biancocelesti this season.
Revenge will surely be on the mind of Simone Inzaghi’s side tonight, as they aim to win the trophy for a seventh time in club history, and a third in the last 10 years, having lost in the final in two of the last four seasons.
SUBS: Francesco Rossi, Robin Gosens, Arkadiusz Reca, Gianluca Mancini, Matteo Pessina, Musa Barrow, Etrit Berisha, Mario Pasalic, Ibanez, Roberto Piccoli, Andrea Colpani, Enrico Del Prato.
LAZIO (3-5-2): Thomas Strakosha; Luiz Felipe, Francesco Acerbi, Bastos; Adam Marusic, Marco Parolo, Lucas Leiva, Luis Alberto, Senad Lulic; Joaquin Correa, Ciro Immobile.
SUBS: Riza Durmisi, Patric, Guido Guerrieri, Pedro Neto, Stefan Radu, Felipe Caicedo, Wallace, Danilo Cataldi, Silvio Proto, Romulo, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Milan Badelj.
ATALANTA (3-4-3): Pierluigi Gollini; Jose Luis Palomino, Berat Djimsiti, Andrea Masiello; Hans Hateboer, Remo Freuler, Marten de Roon, Timothy Castagne; Alejandro Gomez, Josip Ilicic, Duvan Zapata.
Both sides should leave it all out there with this being the final, though Atalanta may have one eye on this weekend's trip to Juventus in the league as they look to hold down fourth place in Serie A. If these sides can keep up the same intensity, though, then a fascinating second half should be on the docket.
Atalanta need to pick themselves up and dust themselves off ahead of a crucial trip to Juventus this weekend, while Lazio can pretty much look ahead to next season with this win securing them a place in the Europa League group stage next season. That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
