Aubameyang gets the game underway for Arsenal!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Leicester City and Arsenal at the King Power Stadium!
Arsenal's challenge for a place in the top-four has taken a bit of a knock in their last few games. The Gunners have lost just three of their previous nine matches in all competitions (W6), but two of those have come in the past week as they suffered defeats to both Crystal Palace and Wolves. Leicester's form has also taken a dip as they are winless in their last two outings under Brendan Rodgers which comes after a run of four consecutive league victories.
LEICESTER CITY STARTING XI (4-1-4-1): Kasper Schmeichel; Ricardo Pereira, Jonny Evans, Harry Maguire, Ben Chilwell; Hamza Choudhury; Marc Albrighton, Youri Tielemans, Wilfred Ndidi, James Maddison; Jamie Vardy.
LEICESTER CITY SUBS: Danny Ward, Nampalys Mendy, Kelechi Iheanacho, Harvey Barnes, Caglar Soyuncu, Christian Fuchs, Demarai Gray.
ARSENAL STARTING XI (4-4-2): Bernd Leno; Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Shkodran Mustafi, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Sead Kolasinac; Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Lucas Torreira, Granit Xhaka, Alex Iwobi; Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette.
ARSENAL SUBS: Petr Cech, Joe Willock, Eddie Nketiah, Mohamed Elneny, Laurent Koscielny, Matteo Guendouzi, Konstantinos Mavropanos.
The teams are out on the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away.
Rodgers will be hoping for more of the same from his side in the second half as they looked extremely dangerous every time they got into the final third and Arsenal have been struggling to stop their forward players. If they continue to push forward in the same way, they look the more likely to take the lead. Arsenal were sloppy in possession for much of the first half and will need to improve in that area if they want to cause the home side any problems. Emery may need to make a change early on in the second half to try and give the Gunners some fresh ideas in attack.
Arsenal suffer another set back in their challenge for a top-four place in the Premier League and remain in fifth place, but they could finish the day in sixth depending on Manchester United's result later today. Emery will be hoping that his side can get back to winning ways soon though as they turn their attention to their Europa League semi-final match against Valencia on Thursday. Leicester end their short winless run and move up to eighth as they now turn their focus to their tough run of final games, which starts with Manchester City next weekend.
