Campbell has acres of space on the right-hand side yet again, and cuts on to his left before swinging in a cross, but De Gea is able to catch comfortably. He then hammers it upfield to Fellaini, who holds play up before winning a free kick out by the touchline.
90' +3
Good work by Fellaini, who wins a corner for the hosts before holding off two defenders and winning a second straight away. The seconds are ticking down; not quickly enough for the hosts, though.
90' +2
Into the second of five added minutes and United are agonisingly close to a place in the last eight. Can they see out these last few minutes?
90' +1
R. Ferdinand gets yellow.
Iván Marcano gets yellow.
M. Fellaini enters the game and replaces R. van Persie.
Marcano and Ferdinand both end up in the book after a rather silly exchange. The Olympiakos man protests at Van Persie's injury, claiming he is putting it on, and ends up receiving a yellow before Ferdinand gets involved unnecessarily, earning himself a caution as well while the United striker is stretchered off.
90'
This doesn't look good at all. Van Persie is in a fair bit of pain and the stretcher is on. It looks like Marouane Fellaini will come on for the striker.
89'
Marcano comes in to clear the ball from in front of Van Persie but also catches the striker in the back of the leg with his knee. The Dutchman is down receiving treatment - this would put a serious dampener on a fantastic evening for him.
88'
The corner is dealt with yet again as a United head gets it away from a mass of players, before a return ball in is gathered by De Gea. The goalkeeper hammers it forward and Rooney draws a foul off Maniatis on the left-hand side.
87'
The set piece is flicked out the other end and Machado picks it up before feeding it through to Vergos, but his cross is cleared behind by Jones. Nervous times at Old Trafford.
86'
Vergos does well to win the ball off Fletcher in the air and he finds Dominguez, who is quickly closed down by the hard-working Rooney, but it goes behind for a corner.
85'
That spell was a good respite for the defence but Olympiakos are back inside the United half. Machado floats a diagonal ball into the box looking for Valdez, but he can only guide it behind for a goal kick.
Minute
Description
84'
ROONEY!! Roberto powers the free kick away but it only goes as far as Fletcher, who moves it on to his left before playing it into the path of Rooney. The England man goes for the spectacular, trying to bend the ball first time into the top corner, but it goes well wide of goal.
83'
Rooney receives the ball out wide and manages to skip past Maniatis before charging into the area, but his pull back for Van Persie is cleared. United come back, though, and Vergos' first impact is to foul Evra by the corner flag.
82'
D. Fletcher enters the game and replaces D. Welbeck.
N. Vergos enters the game and replaces David Fuster.
Moyes elects to shore things up as he takes off Welbeck, bringing on Darren Fletcher, while Nikos Vergos comes on for Fuster for the visitors.
81'
Inside the final 10 minutes, and it's all Olympiakos at the moment. One goal could, and probably would, break United hearts now, but can the hosts hold on?
80'
Yet another good position for Olympiakos, but Fuster wastes it this time as his attempt to switch play to Campbell goes all wrong, and the ball goes out for a throw to the hosts.
79'
DOMINGUEZ!! Young concedes a corner and Fuster's ball in is headed away by Van Persie, but Olympiakos come straight back and Dominguez skips past Welbeck before drilling a shot at goal from a tight angle, forcing another fine low save from De Gea.
78'
Young is involved straight away, sliding in well to take the ball out of the path of Dominguez, whose initial free kick was headed straight back in his direction.
77'
A. Young enters the game and replaces A. Valencia.
Rafael takes out Fuster on the flank in midfield, and the visitors will likely float this into the area. Meanwhile Valencia, who has been outstanding despite that nasty knock to the eye, is replaced by Ashley Young for the final 15 minutes.
76'
CAMPBELL!! It's a good chance for the Arsenal loanee, who drives the visitors forward on the counter, but ends up drilling a tame shot wide of the post from 30 yards.
75'
Valencia is on the receiving end of yet another clattering in the air and Ferdinand launches the free kick into the Olympiakos half. Van Persie thinks he's in behind after great work by Welbeck, but the flag is up again.
74'
Paulo Machado enters the game and replaces Leandro Salino.
Rooney finds another gap in the defence and slides a pass through for Van Persie, but the striker had just strayed beyond the last defender and the flag goes up for offside as Paulo Machado comes on to replace Salino.
72'
This is a risky tactic by United. They're sitting back and allowing Olympiakos on to them. Moyes must be confident in his defence, and hope they can provide a killer fourth goal on the counter.
71'
The visitors clear the corner and Dominguez fires a lovely ball across the park for Campbell, but the attack breaks down and Olympiakos are forced backwards before Salino's ball is easily dealt with by Ferdinand.
70'
Excellent pass from Rooney as he finds Valencia out wide, and Rafael is in acres of space in the box, receiving the ball before seeing a shot deflected behind for a corner.
69'
Holebas gets into all sorts of bother by his own corner flag as Van Persie steals the ball away from the defender, but can't make the most of the chance as his pass for Rooney is cut out by Marcano.
68'
The hosts are content to sit back and allow Olympiakos more time on the ball, now. Ndinga has to lift one over the top looking for Holebas, but Valencia stands his ground and wins a free kick just outside the United area.
67'
United are almost playing five at the back now, with Valencia dropping very deep on the right-hand side. The danger is definitely on the other flank at the moment, and Welbeck just starts to fall back into a deeper position.
66'
FUSTER!! It's another Olympiakos move down the right-hand side, and Salino charges inside before playing a low ball across the box. Fuster charges in late to meet it 18 yards out and his low shot is straight at De Gea. Either side of the goalkeeper, and he stood no chance.
65'
Rooney produces a loose touch and Dominguez is there to poach the ball away, but the hosts stay disciplined at the back and Ndinga's lofted ball over the top is returned with interest by Jones.
64'
Wonderful skill from Giggs, who holds off two players on the touchline before flicking it back to Evra. The full-back finds Van Persie on the left-hand edge of the box, and his cross evades everyone before Welbeck concedes a foul.
63'
DOMINGUEZ!! Salino and Campbell link up well on the right, before the former swings in a left-footed cross. Valdez chests it back to the edge of the box and Dominguez fires a first-time volley over the bar with his left foot.
62'
Leandro Salino gets yellow.
Inside the last half an hour at Old Trafford, and it's still nervously poised, as a goal for Olympiakos will mean United need another to make it through. Meanwhile, Salino is booked for petulantly kicking the ball away when he is flagged offside. Silly.
61'
P. Evra gets yellow.
Evra is booked for a high boot on Valdez, meaning he will be banned for the first leg of the quarter-finals if United make it.
60'
Giggs takes it short, in fact, and links up well with Valencia before showing tidy footwork to move into the box. He lays it to the edge of the area for Jones, but the defender can only scoop it high over the crossbar.
59'
Rafael lifts the ball over the top and Valencia chases it down the flank, forcing a slip from Marcano and giving United a corner, which Giggs will fire into the mix...
58'
That's poor from Dominguez, who spurns a good opportunity to break by giving the ball straight to Evra. United come forward but Manolas cuts out the full-back's pass and puts it out for a throw.
57'
N. Valdez enters the game and replaces H. Pérez.
That's Perez's last contribution of the night as Michel sends on striker Nelson Valdez, meaning Campbell will likely shift out wide for the visitors.
56'
PEREZ!! Dominguez whips in a cross and Perez meets it at the far post, but again produces a poor header and fires it well wide. Fortunately for him, he's let off because the flag is up for offside.
55'
Lots of pressure from Olympiakos now, and Jones does well to power a header away from Holebas' cross, before Rooney fouls Ndinga in the air, and the visitors have another free kick around 35 yards out, this time slightly further to the left.
54'
DOMINGUEZ!! Valencia hauls down Holebas around 35 yards from goal, and Dominguez tries a shot from the set piece. The ball flicks off Van Persie and looks like it might be heading for the corner with De Gea stranded, but it goes behind for a corner.
53'
So, 3-2 to United on aggregate now, and Van Persie has three goals from three shots; not a bad return! You get the feeling the hosts may want more tonight...
52'
R. van Persie has scored a goal for Manchester United!
VAN PERSIE GETS HIS HAT-TRICK!! United lead the tie!! Rooney steps over the stationary ball, leaving it to Van Persie, who swings it around the wall. It's nowhere near the corner but Roberto still watches it fly into the net when he should do much better.
50'
Valencia - still sporting massive lump on his left eye - is penalised for a foul on the flank but Rooney quickly wins the ball back with a stunning charge forward. He then finds Welbeck, who can't quite get the ball under control quickly enough, but draws a foul and the hosts have a chance around 25 yards out...
49'
PEREZ!! He's been involved in everything early on in this half, and should really do better as Salino whips in a cross from the right-hand side. Perez meets it with a late run into the box, but it's a tame header which rolls well wide of De Gea's goal.
48'
Giggs pings a delightful pass out to Evra on the left - the 40-year-old has been magnificent so far tonight. Evra is dispossessed by Perez but Rooney covers superbly and slides in to win the ball back for United.
47'
Perez goes up for a header with Giggs and not only ends up fouling him, but also gets injured in the process. The midfielder trudges off for treatment as Giggs restarts the action inside the centre circle.
46'
We're back underway at Old Trafford as the hosts kick off the second half.
45' +1
R. van Persie has scored a goal for Manchester United! Assist by W. Rooney.
VAN PERSIE DOUBLES THE LEAD!! The tie is level!! In the first and only minute of stoppage time, Giggs fires a wonderful pass forward for Rooney, who works some space before drilling in a low cross, and Van Persie has the easiest task of meeting it and drilling past Roberto.
45'
Almost another chance for United as Welbeck and Evra link up really well on the left, before the latter skips past Salino, but his attempted pull back for Rooney is just diverted away by Manolas.
44'
The corner is flicked away at the near post and United do well to push out, before Rooney makes sure Fuster can't get forward on the left, putting it out for a throw.
43'
Holebas receives the ball on the left and looks to volley the ball into the area, but Valencia gets back well to block and it goes behind for a corner.
42'
Rafael is taken out by Maniatis on the touchline and Rooney fires the free kick into the area, but it's well cleared before Van Persie works hard to win a throw for the hosts on the right.
41'
Penalty? United are immediately up the other end and want another spot kick as Valencia tangles with Maniatis inside the area, but nothing is given and play goes on. Just a few minutes to go until half time, which is a shame because this has been very entertaining!
40'
WHAT A DOUBLE SAVE!! De Gea has kept the tie alive!! Perez charges down the right-hand side and fires in a cross. Fuster's powerful header is parried away by the goalkeeper before De Gea then saves low from Dominguez on the rebound. A wonderful double stop!
38'
Carrick is clattered by Maniatis but nothing is given, before Welbeck is taken town in midfield, giving Giggs a chance to launch one into the area...
37'
Maniatis is furious as Van Persie loses out but is awarded a free kick in midfield, somewhat fortunately you might say. United are looking more comfortable as the game goes on but the visitors are always looking threatening.
36'
The hosts seem to be turning the screw a bit here, and try to catch Olympiakos out as Van Persie launches a quick throw for Valencia to chase, but Marcano does well to get back and put it out of play.
35'
Van Persie goes short this time before receiving it back first time, and he swings in a dangerous ball towards the far post. It's Evra who's there again, but his header is tame and easily gathered by Roberto.
34'
EVRA!! Good work from Van Persie, who puts Marcano under pressure inside his own area and the defender has to concede a corner. Van Persie fires it in himself and the United captain flicks it on at the near post, forcing Roberto to turn it behind with the header bound for the top corner.
33'
The visitors again come forward well, and Campbell again drops back to collect the ball before spreading it wide to Perez, whose cross disappointingly goes straight out for another goal kick to the hosts.
32'
Maniatis tries a difficult pass between the United defenders, hoping to meet the run from Perez in behind, but it skips off the Old Trafford surface and goes out for a goal kick.
31'
Things have just got a little scrappy in the last moment or two, as Roberto fires a long ball straight out for a throw to the hosts. United will feel they have a chance to add more before the break, here.
30'
Olympiakos set their stall in the United half, passing well with Dominguez, Campbell and Holebas all getting involved. Maniatis then receives it and charges towards the area, but Rafael shows good strength to muscle the visitors' skipper off the ball.
29'
That penalty will come as massive relief for David Moyes, who was probably sick of spot kicks after Sunday. The tie is set up beautifully now as we approach the half-hour mark.
28'
Superb defending from Carrick! The visitors take the corner short and Dominguez eventually whips in a dangerous cross which fizzes across the six-yard box, but Carrick volleys it away brilliantly from just outside the goal.
27'
Welbeck threatens well as he charges in from the left-hand side, but the ball just escapes his control and gives Manolas the chance to hack the ball away, and Dominguez almost immediately wins a corner at the other end.
26'
Just two more to go, then, for United, but they have to stay tight at the back as well. Expect a lot more drama tonight.
25'
Penalty goal scored by R. van Persie for Manchester United!
VAN PERSIE FIRES IT HOME!! The Dutch striker has put United a step closer to their comeback, drilling the ball low into the right-hand corner, past a helpless Roberto who goes the right way, but has no chance of stopping it. Game on!
23'
PENALTY!! The hosts have a great chance to go in front! Van Persie looks to bring down a diagonal ball inside the box, and gets in front of Holebas, who barges the striker down and the referee points to the spot.
22'
The referee inadvertently gets involved as he intercepts Evra's pass, but Maniatis can't make the most of it, losing possession, but Giggs can't do much either as his through ball for Van Persie goes behind for a goal kick.
21'
Holebas is unhappy as the hosts are awarded a corner but it definitely came off the defender. Giggs' first ball is half-cleared before his second goes straight down the goalkeeper's throat.
20'
Excellent defending by Evra, who stops a great chance for Olympiakos but snuffing out Campbell's through pass for Perez, just getting enough on it to keep the ball out of the wide man's path.
19'
The hosts have a free kick in midfield and it's lifted into the area. Van Persie goes up with Roberto but the goalkeeper looks solid as he plucks the ball out of the air.
18'
ROONEY!! OFF THE POST!! United so nearly go in front on the night as Giggs fires one in from the left-hand side and Rooney flicks a header towards the near post, and Roberto gets to it but the ball squirms under the goalkeeper. Fortunately for him - and not for United - it rolls on to the upright and Olympiakos survive.
17'
Giggs is overseeing proceedings in the middle, pinging passes around everywhere at the moment. He lifts the ball over to Evra out wide but the full-back loses out.
16'
It's very tight in the middle at the moment, and United certainly aren't in control of the game. Campbell is looking threatening up front and the hosts have to be careful not to be caught on the break.
15'
PEREZ!! What a chance!! United win a corner but the visitors clear and quickly break forward before it's played out to Campbell. The striker charges into the box and to the by-line before pulling it back, and Perez meets it with a first-time effort which scoops high over the crossbar.
14'
The United midfielders are pressing hard and Maniatis is caught out twice in succession, first losing the ball before winning it back, and then wasting the second opportunity with a massively overhit pass forward.
13'
It's been a pretty breathless opening at Old Trafford, but no chances to speak of yet. Meanwhile, Valencia is probably lucky to escape a booking, judging by the ones given so far, as he slides in on Ndinga from behind.
12'
Perez lifts the ball over the top for Campbell, who loses out in a straight battle with Jones, and the defender gives it back to his goalkeeper to hack forward.
11'
Van Persie!!Wonderful work from Rooney on the right-hand side as he holds off Perez before firing in a low early cross. Van Persie challenges for it with Marcano but there's no meaningful connection and Roberto can pick it up under no pressure.
10'
A. Domínguez gets yellow.
M. Carrick gets yellow.
Carrick is penalised for a late slide on Perez, and also goes into the book. That's three yellows inside 10 minutes at Old Trafford - this referee isn't taking any prisoners.
9'
United clear the free kick easily and Valencia charges into the Olympiakos half, drawing a foul from Dominguez, and the Argentine goes into the book. Like Manolas, he will miss the first quarter-final match if they qualify.
8'
We're back underway and Rooney loses out before the visitors spread the ball out to the right. Perez's ball into the box sees Dominguez try and acrobatic attempt to meet it, but it goes out the other end of the box before Valencia - who is back on for now - fouls Campbell on the left.
7'
There's a nasty bump rapidly swelling up on Valencia's left eyebrow, and it's hit-and-miss whether he'll carry on as he may find it hard to see out of that eye.
6'
K. Manolas gets yellow.
Rooney hammers the ball in towards goal from the free kick, and Roberto decides to punch it away before Valencia goes up for the ball and ends up clashing heads with Campbell, prompting a pause in play.
5'
It's already an end-to-end affair, this. Giggs receives the ball on the left but can't get past Campbell, and the visitors eventually come forward through Perez, but his pass infield is picked up by Rafael. Welbeck is then quickly played in by Giggs, and the forward is taken out by Manolas, who earns a booking.
4'
Real danger for United as Holebas finds plenty of space on the left-hand side, and moves into the area before firing in a low cross which Ferdinand does well to clear.
3'
The delivery is far too deep and the hosts come forward through Valencia, who is quickly closed down by Ndinga and the ball goes out for a throw. Rooney then does well to win possession in midfield, and he looks for Welbeck's run but hits it straight through to the goalkeeper.
2'
Valencia is penalised for a foul outside the box and Olympiakos keep the ball well before Jones charges in hard to win it, but has to slide in on Campbell and this time gives away a free kick halfway inside the United half.
1'
Olympiakos get the ball rolling at Old Trafford as the game gets underway.
Good evening and welcome to LIVE coverage of the Champions League as Manchester United host Olympiakos, hoping to overturn a two-goal deficit from the first leg.
The teams have been announced so let's get straight to business and bring you the line-ups, starting with David Moyes' men...
Manchester United: De Gea; Rafael, Jones, Ferdinand, Evra; Valencia, Carrick, Giggs, Welbeck; Rooney, Van Persie.
Manchester United subs: Lindegaard, Fellaini, Fletcher, Januzaj, Kagawa, Young, Hernandez.
Olympiakos subs: Megyeri, Papadopoulos, Bong, Paulo Machado, Samaris, Valdez, Vergos.
Ryan Giggs earns a start for the hosts tonight, then, as Moyes looks to experience in his search for a three-goal victory, but Nemanja Vidic is out with a groin strain. With Jonny Evans and Chris Smalling already ruled out, that means the Red Devils have no defenders on the bench.
Olympiakos' scorers in the first leg, Joel Campbell and Alejandro Dominguez, lead the line once more and will be the key danger for Manchester United, who need to shut the Greek side out at one end while opening them up at the other.
Old Trafford may not have been as much of a fortress in the Premier League this season, but the Red Devils have won their last three European home games and boast a superb record against Greek opposition at home, winning all four meetings and scoring 15 goals in the process, conceding just one.
The visitors, meanwhile, have played seven Champions League matches in England, and have lost all seven. But Michel's side are buoyed from clinching the Greek Super League title at the weekend, and know a solitary goal could kill this tie off.
Arsenal and Manchester City have both already failed to overturn a 2-0 defeat from the first leg, but can United pull off their attempt at a comeback? We're around five minutes away from kick-off.
The teams are out, we've had that familiar Champions League anthem, and we're almost ready to go. Who will make it into the last eight?
And that's HALF TIME at Old Trafford, with United going in 2-0 up at the break, meaning the tie is level at 2-2 after an absolutely fantastic first 45 minutes here.
Well, what a half that was! It's not over by any means, as a goal for Olympiakos could turn the tie on its head, and the visitors have certainly looked dangerous. That superb double save from De Gea looks even more vital now.
So, can United get the three-goal cushion they need and make it into the last eight? Be sure to join us soon for the second half.
Right then, just a few minutes to go until the restart. It'll be interesting to see if there are any changes at the break. It's all going well for United but Moyes may look at the left-hand side as that's where Olympiakos have focussed most of their attacks.
Van Persie will take the headlines after his treble this evening, but so much praise must go to Ryan Giggs. He was absolutely majestic in the middle of the park, orchestrating things all over the place and keeping a cool head.
If United are to be in Europe next season, they'll probably need to win this, and that dream is still on. They do, however, go into the pot with the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and Bayern Munich to name but a few. It's an all-star line-up, but the hosts won't be thinking about that now. A stunning turnaround and one of the classic European nights at Old Trafford.
Well, that's all from our Champions League coverage this evening. David Moyes is a happy man, that's for sure. Thanks for joining us, and good night!
It's FULL TIME at Old Trafford and Manchester United are through!! They've taken a stunning 3-0 win on the night to turn it around and win 3-2 on aggregate. A wonderful night for Moyes' men, but heartbreak for a spirited Olympiakos side, who just couldn't find the goal they needed.
